ENTERTAINMENT

All present forms of entertainment will continue, with movie theaters, gaming centers, restaurants, bars, and clubs located within the living complexes as well as throughout the city. Prostitution will be legal, isolated from living complexes, and regulated to assure a healthy environment free of disease and the low-lives that currently surround the profession in its illegal form. If the Middle East turmoil has taught us anything, it's that a sexually repressed populace is an angry one.
