POWER PRODUCTION

All means of low-emissions production will be used and applied according to geography and availability. These will include, but are not limited to: solar, wind, tidal, and geothermal. Individual buildings will provide for as much of their own energy use as possible with the interest of reducing the present large network of power transmission that is a financial and security liability. The exploration of new energy sources and the perfection of existing methods will be encouraged by extensive state grants.
